Schweitzer residents may be experiencing slow speeds due to problems with legacy amplifier equipment that powers the system. Our technicians and system engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it. Schweitzer residents should refer to the emails sent on February 6 or January 12 for more information.

We are experiencing some icing on our Baldy Mountain tower, which is resulting in some slowing of speeds for customers served by that access point. Our technicians are working on the problem so speeds should be restored soon. We appreciate your patience.
