We recently switched our phone service to this company and couldn’t be happier. Having everything handled locally—including all support—has made a huge difference. Their customer service is excellent, and they’re always quick to respond. Shelby has been especially helpful throughout the process and made the transition smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a provider that truly values responsiveness and local support. Highly recommend.

I moved from Starlink to Intermax's fiber service out in my country home. From Sales to the installation team, every Intermax employee was friendly, competent, and responsive. I could not ask for better service.

We are very happy to finally get fiber! We were using Starlink for a few years which was a good option for our area but Intermax has blown it out of the water. We initially spoke with Carey who setup the entire install process. He was professionally and down to earth which was appreciated. He also answered all my questions and has answered his phone anytime I had called. Intermax trenched the fiber line from the road to the house at no cost to us and a technician completed the house install shortly after. We now have blazing fast internet and couldn’t be happier!
