FIXED WIRELESS UPDATES
Fast, affordable, no hidden fees. Learn how to upgrade today!
The Intermax tower team has been hard at work this month strengthening and expanding your network! Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been up to:
St. Maries and Worley, ID: We’ve upgraded our backup path between Hellsgulch and Mason, increasing capacity from 1.4 Gbps to 3 Gbps. This link serves as a redundant route in case of an outage on the primary St. Maries fiber path, helping ensure uninterrupted service during unexpected events.
Rathdrum, ID: Backup power at our Payment Peak site has been extended from 5 minutes to 7 hours, significantly improving uptime and reliability during power outages or severe weather.
NEW SITE St. Maries, ID: Construction continues on our Black Lake site, which will expand coverage in the Medimont, Harrison, and St. Maries areas. Once live, this site will provide improved service to more customers across the region.
Athol, ID: Walking horse tower is now connected via a 10 Gbps fiber link, a major upgrade from the previous 300 Mbps backhaul. This allows for significantly more bandwidth and better performance for users in the area.
