- Severe windstorms in the area caused mass outages for some of our customers. Thanks to ongoing infrastructure investment, we’re seeing fewer customer impacts and shorter outage durations. Keep an eye out for our text alerts!
GIGABIT FIBER ROLLOUTS! Learn more about eligibility and timing.
- Schweitzer: New lodging on Schweitzer Mountain at the Paradise Condos now have access to high-speed fiber internet. Speeds up to 1Gig will keep residents connected while at the mountain.
- Hauser: Hoyt Road fiber installations will begin February 2025.
- Spirit Lake: HWY 54 and Nautical Loop Road will begin splicing in the next two weeks, with installation beginning in January 2025.
- Athol: Walking Horse road installations beginning in spring 2025.
- Downtown CDA: Upgraded fiber hardware to support additional business customers.
- Post Falls: Increased fiber capacity in Riverbend Commerce Park, allowing for more business customers.
