When you call you reach people that live and work in these communities, and our service techs can come to your house to support you in person. 

Generally, it works like this: The technician will call you before arriving. When they show up, they will test to confirm service standards and stability, then plan with you where the receiver needs to go on your house and where to bring cable inside based on receiver positioning.  The cable from the receiver will enter on an outer wall next to a power outlet.  The tech will then begin install, which takes 1-2 hours depending on the scope of work involved. After install the technician will help you setup your wifi and assist with any questions you might have.  

YES. Gaming subscriptions and content like Xbox Game Pass, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation Plus, and Amazon Luna all run beautifully with fixed wireless. In fact, a device might be able to run on our network out to the internet faster than to another device inside your own home network!
