What was it like working with other internet providers before switching to Intermax? 

Before Intermax, unreliable internet was a constant obstacle. 

“Before we had Intermax, we did not have fiber, and also the internet would drop a lot. We’d have to go and reset the router. Honestly, we were having to do it probably once or twice a week.”

“The internet is very important with what we do. We download and upload a lot of large files, and we also do digital delivery with our clients.”

“And so it would take quite a bit of time to upload a several-gig file to the internet to our clients, and now we can get it done in seconds.”

Jason emphasized how rare that kind of proactive support is. 

“Very unusual for a company to do that, but obviously, they can tell that they want to keep their customers, that they appreciate their customers, and so doing that was pretty incredible.”
