“I think that their consistency is almost above and beyond, if I was going to phrase it like that. … The consistency of getting people in, getting them set up, everything works, the hardware is, you know, very effective hardware for what we need. There’s very little interruptions when there are any issues or new things that we need. They’ve just been incredibly responsive and here in person also, and I’ve been impressed by that as well. Having that face-to-face, person-to-person sort of interaction gives people a lot of confidence.”

“Other than the internet, you mean? Um, I think that it really is that responsiveness… we rely on the internet for everything. Our whole direct-to-consumer model, all of our systems, all of our website, everything is out on the internet. So, if it doesn’t work, it’s literally, you know, like one of our operational machines breaking down. The business will stop.”

“Very good. The response is amazing. Yeah. Again, coming from where I came from [a larger corporate industry world] and my experiences with what would have been a more of an internal or internally contracted type of IT group, uh, this has been a pleasant experience.”
